One Example of Stamping Plate Craft Improvement

The bronzing plate is generally a single bronzing plate with a bronzing pattern, which is individually riveted to a single bottom plate, and then loaded on the bottom plate of the bronzing machine one by one, and one patience and careful placement. This type of plate-mounting method is very troublesome for the multi-plate printing product and the bronzing part of the printing product. In particular, when the reprint production is repeated, the registration plate alignment operation is repeated each time.

The "Ilite" cigarette clamshell box produced by our company is a joint version of 12 cigarette cases. There are two hot stamping parts on each cigarette case, so you need to rivet 24 hot stamping versions. The prints need to be reprinted and reprinted. Because the registration is very troublesome, the work efficiency is hard to improve.

In response to this problem, I modified the printing process of the bronzing plate of the print. After the 24 bronzing plates were accurately aligned with the film, all of them were riveted onto a large aluminum plate. When the production is completed, the entire version can be properly aligned, and normal production can be achieved. Positioning is very simple, unloading is easy, and saving is convenient. Since the layout of each bronzing pattern remains unchanged, convenient and scientific process conditions are created for the next repeated production. Compared with a single hot stamping one by one, it not only saves more than one quarter of the time but also the overall hot stamping error is less than 0.1mm, uniform pressure, uniform heat, stable stamping quality.

The success of the bronzing plate imprinting process has been successful, which has effectively improved the work efficiency of our factory.
