2. The pump is allowed to operate continuously for a long time under the condition of the ambient temperature of 540 and the inlet pressure less than 1.3X103 Pa. When the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the gas ballast valve should be opened.

3. The continuous air flow of the pump air inlet shall not exceed one minute.

4. The pump is not suitable for the removal of gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically react to pump oil, particles containing dust, and excessively oxygen-containing, explosive, and toxic gases.

Operating instructions

1. Check the oil level, it is appropriate to fill the oil to the center of the oil standard when the pump is stopped. Too low can not act as an oil seal for the exhaust valve, affecting the vacuum. If it is too high, it may cause fuel injection when starting in the atmosphere. It is normal for the oil level to rise during operation. Oil recovery

Use the specified grade of clean vacuum pump oil and add it from the oil filler hole. After refueling, screw on the screw plug. The oil should be filtered to prevent debris from entering and blocking the oil holes.

2. The pump can be started once under atmospheric pressure or under any vacuum. If a solenoid valve is installed at the pump port, it should act simultaneously with the pump.

3. When the ambient temperature is too high, the temperature of the oil will increase, the viscosity will decrease, and the saturated vapor pressure will increase, which will cause the ultimate vacuum to decrease, especially the full pressure measured with a thermocouple meter. Such as enhanced ventilation and heat dissipation, or improved pump oil performance, the ultimate vacuum can be improved.

4. Check the ultimate vacuum of the pump based on the compressed mercury vacuum gauge. If the gauge is fully pre-pumped, the pump temperature is stable, the pump port and the gauge are directly connected, and the ultimate vacuum will be reached within 30 minutes of operation. The value measured by the total pressure gauge is related to the error of the pump oil, vacuum gauge and gauge. Sometimes the error can be very large and can only be used as a reference.

5. If the relative humidity is high, or the pumped gas contains more condensable steam, it is advisable to open the gas ballast valve after connecting the pumped container, and close the gas ballast valve after 20 to 40 minutes of operation. Before stopping the pump, the gas ballast valve can be opened for no-load motion for 30 minutes to extend the life of the pump oil.

6. Selection of oil: The viscosity of the pump oil affects the starting power and the ultimate vacuum of the pump. When the viscosity is high, the vacuum degree is favorable, and the starting power is larger. The saturated vapor pressure of the oil at the pump temperature will affect the ultimate total pressure of the pump, the lower the better. The viscosity of high-speed vacuum pump oil and 3 # diffusion pump oil is greater than that of No. 1 vacuum pump oil, and the saturated vapor pressure is lower than that of No. 1 vacuum pump oil, but the price of 3 # diffusion pump oil is higher. The specific choice of oil can be selected according to the above introduction combined with the specific use requirements.

(1) Under normal circumstances, high-speed vacuum pump oil made in Shanghai should be used for applications with a total pressure of 6X10-2 Pa or higher. Small pumps below 4 liters / second can also be replaced by No. 1 vacuum oil pumps, and direct-coupled pumps above 8 liters / second can be replaced by 3 # diffusion pump oils.

(2) If the vacuum requirement is not high, and the oil pollution is changed frequently, and the vacuum pump oil supply is difficult, 50 # mechanical oil can be used instead.

(3) If the ambient temperature is low, starting is difficult, and the ultimate vacuum requirement is not high, you can use real house pump oil or mechanical oil with a slightly lower viscosity.

Care and maintenance

1. Matters needing attention:

1. Ensure the cleanliness of the pump to prevent debris from entering the pump.

2. Maintain the oil level.

3. When water or other volatile substances enter the pump and affect the ultimate vacuum, you can open the gas ballast valve to purify it. Observe the ultimate vacuum recovery situation. It is invalid for several hours. The pump oil should be replaced. Oil change method: the pump runs for about half an hour to make the oil thinner, stop the pump to drain the oil from the oil drain hole, and then open the air inlet to run for 10 to 20 seconds. To replace the oil in the pump cavity. If the oil is dirty, the latter can be repeated.

4. Do not mix diesel oil, gasoline and other oils with high saturated vapor pressure, so as not to reduce the ultimate vacuum. When disassembling and washing the parts in the pump, generally wipe with gauze. Wife metal debris, sand mud or other harmful substances must be cleaned by scrubbing with gasoline, etc., and can be assembled after drying. Never soak with gasoline.

5. If the pump needs to be disassembled for cleaning or maintenance, you must pay attention to the disassembly and assembly steps to avoid damage to the machine parts.

1. Drain oil

2. Loosen the flange screw of the air inlet nozzle, pull out the air inlet nozzle, loosen the flange screw of the gas ballast, and pull out the gas ballast valve.

3. Remove the fuel tank.

4. Remove the check valve cotter pin and remove the check valve impeller.

5. Remove the connecting screw between the support and the pump, and remove the pump assembly. Whether the motor is removed depends on convenience.

6. Loosen the pump cover screws, remove the pump cover, and pull out the two rotors and the rotor. When removing the low-level rotor, hemp first remove the cotter pin.

(2) Assembly:

1. Wipe the parts with gauze to prevent the oil return from clogging the oil holes. It is best to clean them with a cleaning solution and a brush.

2. After installing the rotor into the rotor slot, install the advanced rotor into the stator body, install the L advanced pump cover, pin, screw, key, coupling, rotate by hand, there should be no leakage and obvious weight, When installing, the top surface of the stator should face down to make the rotor close to the arc surface of the stator by gravity, and the gap is preferably 0.01mm.

3. The assembly method of low-level rotor is the same as above.

4. Install the check valve impeller and other non-return parts, the plane of the check valve head should be aligned with the oil hole of the oil inlet, rotate the rotor according to the direction of work and gently reverse the hand to block the impeller, and the oil hole should be closed when opening , Adjust the maximum opening height of the valve head plane from 0.8 to 1.2 mm, which can be achieved by moving the position of the check valve seat and rubber check valve head in the stem hole. Simple check method: facing the impeller, make the Φ3mm drive pin in the right-hand horizontal position, and turn the impeller clockwise. At this time, the opening height of the check valve head plane is close to the maximum, which should be 0.8 ~ 1.2mm. The rotor stops at any position. After the hand is released from the impeller, the check valve head should automatically fall to close the oil hole.

5. Install the exhaust valve, oil baffle and other parts of the pump.

6. Install the pump part, key, coupling and motor on the support.

7. Install the fuel tank.

8. Insert the air inlet nozzle, gas ballast valve, install the flange and tighten.

note:

Apply clean vacuum pump oil to the friction surface during assembly.

Remembering the original assembly position of the parts can reduce the running-in time.
