After drying, the printed matter is prone to the problem of shortening deformation and paper brittleness, which will directly affect the post-press processing. The cooling system in the commercial digital printing press can control the appearance temperature of the printed matter, and ensure the dimensional stability, gloss and post-processing characteristics of the printed matter.


It is worth noting that because the printing speed of the commercial rotary digital printing machine is very fast, in addition to cooling the dried paper during the printing work, the ink on the ink roller must be cooled. This problem is even more pronounced because the ink is heated, especially in high-speed web presses, because the ink is cut, crushed, and chopped by the process of ink leveling, especially in high-speed web presses. The increase in temperature during the working process of the commercial rotary digital printing machine will inevitably affect the fluidity of the ink, causing the damage of the ink and water balance and affecting the printing quality.
