Fault one: oscillating step-up transformer short-circuit

Phenomenon: The camera lamp does not flash

With an oscilloscope, the result is that the microcomputer has synchronized the trigger pulse, but there is no voltage across the flash tube. Check the circuit board and its transformer has been burned. Put on the domestic transformer BK-40, with the manual button to make the flash flash, found that the transformer secondary old V power current changes greatly, it is suspected that the oscillating step-up transformer short circuit, so that the original transformer burned. It is detected that a winding of the oscillating step-up transformer is short-circuited. After rewinding, troubleshooting is performed.

Fault II: There is a problem with the flash trigger circuit

Symptom: The camera flash does not fire

First, the synchronous trigger pulse sent from the microcomputer is detected, and the result is normal. Then manually test the button, the flash can also be normal flash, flash light trigger circuit problems. After inspecting the circuit board, it was found that the transistor MPSA64 is not properly controlled and the pipe is a PNP Darlington composite pipe. Use two PNP tubes C9012 composite, troubleshooting.

Therefore, three: microcomputer self-test is not normal

Phenomenon: The self-test is abnormal after the microcomputer is turned on, and the camera flash does not fire

First check the computer and find that its internal CMOS program and peripheral programs are normal, so it is suspected that the internal display card is damaged. After the replacement of the display card, the microcomputer works normally, the synchronization trigger pulse is normal, and the flash can also be triggered synchronously, but there is no printed product pattern on the display, showing a black screen, and it is suspected that the camera has a problem. Upon inspection, the peripheral power supply of the camera is normal, and the problem may be in the internal power supply.

Open the camera, and sure enough, there is a large power supply block that is damaged, cannot be repaired or replaced. After checking the internal lines and checking the data, after adding another power supply substitution, the camera resumes normal operation.
