Determination of Trace Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Atmospheric Inhalable Particles by Microwave-assisted Extraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
An analytical method for the determination of trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in atmospheric respirable particles by microwave-assisted extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. The microwave extraction conditions such as extraction time, solvent dosage, microwave radiation power, etc. were optimized and combined with ultrasound A control study was conducted on the extraction method. The results show that, except for acenaphthene and fluorene, the recovery rate of microwave extraction method is between 85% and 130%; the detection limit of the method is between 0.002 and 0.016μg / m3. The analysis of PAHs in actual samples shows that the method is fast and the amount of solvent is small, which meets the requirements of trace analysis
