Turn on the fan for 5 to 10 minutes, and then conduct the experimental operation after the air in the cabinet is purified and the airflow is stable. Slowly extend your arms into the safety cabinet and rest for at least 1 minute to stabilize the airflow in the cabinet before operating. 3. Nothing unrelated to this experiment is placed in the safety cabinet. The items in the cabinet should be placed so that the clean area, semi-contaminated area and the contaminated area are basically separated. During the operation, the items are easy to access and there is no intersection between the three areas. Items should be placed as far back as possible, but they should not block the airway opening, so as not to interfere with the normal flow of airflow. 4. The operation should be carried out from the clean area to the contaminated area to avoid cross-contamination. To prevent possible droplets, a towel or gauze soaked in disinfectant can be placed on the countertop, but it cannot cover the safety cabinet grille. 5. During the operation in the cabinet, it is strictly forbidden to use an open flame such as an alcohol lamp to avoid the heat generated by the generated air flow and interfere with the stable air flow in the cabinet; and the open flame may damage the HEPA filter. 6. When working, minimize the movement of people behind and quickly open and close the door to prevent unstable airflow in the safety cabinet. 7. During the experimental operation, the glass window cannot be opened, and the operator's face should be above the working window. Actions should be gentle and soothing when operating in the cabinet to prevent affecting the airflow in the cabinet. 8. The safety cabinet should be regularly tested and maintained to ensure its normal operation. Once the safety cabinet is found to be working abnormally, it should immediately stop working, take corresponding measures and notify the relevant personnel. 9. After the work is completed, close the glass window, keep the fan running for 10 to 15 minutes, and turn on the ultraviolet lamp for 30 minutes. (Turn off the ventilation during ultraviolet sterilization; ultraviolet light is harmful to the human body, pay attention to personal protection.) 10. The safety cabinet should be cleaned and disinfected regularly. The countertop contaminants in the cabinet can be used after the work is completed and the ultraviolet lamp is disinfected with 2% 84 Wipe with disinfectant. The outer surface of the cabinet should be wiped with 1% 84 disinfectant every day. 11. The items used in the cabinet should be taken out after disinfection to prevent the pathogenic microorganisms from being taken out and polluting the environment. Precautions for biological safety cabinet: 1. Slow moving principle: In order to avoid affecting the normal wind path state, the hand should move as gently as possible when operating in the cabinet. 2. The principle of parallel placement of items: In order to avoid cross-contamination between items and items, the items placed in the cabinet should be placed horizontally as far as possible to avoid cross-contamination during the return air process. At the same time, avoid blocking the back air grille and affecting the normal air path. 3. The principle of movement in different sample cabinets: When two or more items in the cabinet need to be moved, the principle of moving low-pollution items to high-pollution items must be followed to avoid the generation of highly polluting items to the cabinet interior during the movement Large area pollution. l Principle of using open flame: Try not to use open flame in the cabinet.
