George Chiou from Taiwan mainly used Rhinocero 3D for 3D modeling and firmware with Adruino IDE. It took a month or so to design and develop such a big-eyed robot. He used a total of 16 servo motors on the robot, each performing a different task, and then all the parts were 3D printed. Chiou used his Prusa i3 3D printer and PLA materials for a total of 24 hours.

Although there have been 3D printed humanoid robots before this, such as PLEN2, but the price is quite expensive, the standard PLEN2 is priced at 899 US dollars, the freight is added. The MiniPlan is much cheaper, and Chiou's valuation costs no more than $90.
