6, coating brightness difference: If the paper quality is poor or rough surface, large oil absorption, should use a higher grade paper; uneven coating or coating diluted thin, viscosity is too low, should adjust the polishing machine and improve Varnish viscosity; Poor adhesion, crystallization of printed ink layers or improper use of ink additives and anti-slip agents, should improve the printing process, with or without ink additives; Varnish is too low, should adjust the polishing machine and improve Varnish viscosity.

7, glazing layer: low crosslink density. Improper use of thinners, due to the evaporation rate of alcohol solvents in summer, the diluent should be replaced or replaced with ester diluents.

8, yellow coating layer: coating is too thick, the viscosity is too large, should reduce the viscosity; polishing oil expires (use period is generally 6 months), should stop using.

9, adhesion (not dry): coating is too thick, should reduce the viscosity; lamp power is insufficient or aging, should replace the UV lamp to achieve rated power.

10, poor smoothness: coating machine roller damage or high viscosity coating oil, should replace or regrind roll, reduce the viscosity of the varnish.

11, safe production: some imported coating oil is irritating to the skin, and non-volatile, when it is attached to the skin and clothes, if it is under the condition of high temperature in summer, it may enter the skin together with sweat to cause inflammation. If the skin is covered with varnish during the production process, wash it with soapy water as soon as possible and change it in time. In addition, attention must be paid to the environmental temperature and humidity control and the hot stamping properties of paper prints after being coated with UV varnish.
