Zhejiang Ning Development New Packaging Model

Zhejiang Ning printing and packaging machinery successfully developed a new product - SJF series extrusion (flow) composite machine.

The machine adopts PLC man-machine interface operation, scraper mechanism AC coating and drying system and three-roller showering device. It can be applied to roll-shaped substrate BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, paper (30-80g/m2) and LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, EVA, EAA and other coated resins are compounded by an extruder (single-layer or multi-layer co-extrusion), and can also be laminated with intermediate layers (aluminum foil, CPP, CPE). Resins that require performance are made with a minimum thickness, which greatly reduces production costs.
