Two examples of minor faults

Two examples of minor faults

First, the layout of the dirty
Dirty layout is usually divided into two situations: one is the problem of printing plates; the other is the problem of water rollers. Both of them may cause viscera, but they have different properties, especially the dirt on the layout caused by the water roller problem, which is often expressed at both ends (except sometimes), and the dirt is thick and rough. This is due to the fact that the water roller is locally lighter, the friction is reduced, or the water supply is insufficient. What we encountered was a situation in which the plates were dirty on one end, and the stains were sloping from the mouth to the tip and ribbon. Based on experience, this is a dirty stain on the water roller. So we relied on the printing roller to do the "regular" treatment. The method of turning the head first used to test the paper was just normal. It was not printed for as long as it was dirty again. I also tried the pressure between the water roller and the reverse by steel. It was also satisfactory. I found that the water roller had been polished and we replaced it. It was dirty for a while. I point the machine to "low speed", and then press "water open". When I find that the water transfer roller and the string of water rollers are leaning against each other, stop immediately and try the pressure between the two with a steel piece. It is normal. I re-pressed "low speed" and "water open". When the water transfer roller and the roller contacted each other, they immediately stopped and looked at the dirty side of the layout. The water transfer roller and the water roller contact surface had a certain degree of contact. gap. It seems that precisely because of this, leading to uneven water supply, adjusting its screws, the problem was solved, and printing returned to normal.
Second, the paper walks diagonally at the end of the individual paper feed chain. There are two reasons why paper cannot be stored. The reasons are divided into two types: one is that the output paper chain is too light, or it is not paper; the second is paper. Not in place, it could not hold the paper. The method of distinguishing the two is the end of the paper. If the rules are good, it is a problem of tooth decay; if the rules are not good, it means that the paper is not in place. One case we encountered was the latter, that is, the paper was not in place. Based on experience, we analyze that if it is not completely in place, it means that the time for paper change has changed, or there is a problem with toothbrushing, embossing, front gauge, side gauge, etc.; if individual items are not in place, it is not easy to conclude because paper is not Leveling and improper adjustment of feeders, too loose cloth belts, uneven pressure on the rollers, etc., may cause the paper to go obliquely and not in place.
Under normal circumstances, the paper will go obliquely and Feida will stop automatically. The phenomenon we encountered was that, although there were individual papers that were not under one head, Feida did not stop automatically. I checked the front brace, no matter how high or low. After the cloth belt was consolidated, the feeder and paper were adjusted and processed accordingly, and the take-up wheel was adjusted. After the test run, the problem was not resolved. Then he adjusted the cardan shaft slightly to try to change the time of paper-making. Let it be a little faster. Who knows, the paper has gone through all the places, and the gargle has been smashed. Helplessly reset it again, find another reason. When the adjustment of the lateral rules still did not work, we retested the situation of paper feeding. The car was fed, and it was found that there was a slight inclination of the individual paper at the juncture. Therefore, the adjustment of the key splicing roller actually did not work, and the top (pressure) spring on the squeezing roller was unloaded. Take it out and replace it with a long one. I didn't expect the problem to be solved.
The common characteristics of the above two cases are that the location of the cause of the disease is relatively fixed, and it is generally not adjusted or replaced frequently, making it difficult to imagine. As a result, unnecessary troubles are caused and the operator should pay special attention to debugging.
