Cleaning of labels and contaminants on PET bottles

Most people still use industrial sodium hydroxide (also known as nitramine or kosher) for cleaning labels and contaminants on PET bottles.

The advantage is that it is effective, fast, and low in cost, but it also has drawbacks and can cause pollution.

If the cleaning is sometimes not clean enough, it should be the problem of sodium hydroxide concentration. It is generally possible to clean chemical drums with sodium hydroxide, or even to clean the above aluminum molds. And we need to pay attention: Before you clean, you must start with a good amount of alkali water and then put plastic. Put a mixer in the pool during the cleaning process so that it is thoroughly cleaned. After cleaning, the PET is blown with a fan to blow the paper clean. If there is a problem, it may be that the PET water is not dried yet, or the alkali water concentration is not adjusted.
