How is the softball field measured off the line?

The field of softball games is a right-angled fan-shaped area. The entire site is composed of several areas. The line-releasing work is based on the home position given by the design document, and is measured and piled in the direction of the center line. Softball venues are divided into out-of-bounds areas and in-bound areas. Intra-boundary areas are divided into two parts: infield and outfield. Divided by the two edges of a right-angle sector, the area within the boundary is the area within the boundary, and the area outside the boundary is the area outside the boundary. The boundary of the sector is also called the boundary.

The debaring of softball venues is based on the softball competition rules, which can be divided into different competitions. The softball competitions are divided into youth teams and adult teams. The youth teams are divided into men's team and women's team, and they are also divided into under 15 and 18 years old. According to the site of the competition venue

1. Softball Field Centerline:

The direction of the center should be on the west-southwest side of the field, and on the northeast, from the corner of the home-base point to the direction of the ball, namely the center of the pitcher area, the sharp corner of the second base, and the home run line. 2. Baseline painting:

The home base should be located at a distance of at least 10m from the venue on the centerline in order to set up the backfile. Or design the given coordinate position.

3. Pitcher Area Line Method:

Set the theodolite at the base point of homebone, and sight the centerline. From the homebone angle, see Table 4.1, the center of the pitcher zone, and then draw a circle with a radius of 2.743m. See Figure 4.1.2.

4. Grass line drawing method:

The ground layout of the softball field is composed of soil and lawn fields. The radius of the lawn field has two: one is the farthest end, and the other is close distance. 5. Home Run Line:

The home run line is a circular arc with its center at the home corner. The theodolite (or total station) can be set up at the corner of the home base. 6. Boundary:

Since the home base angle extends to the first and third base positions respectively, the maximum length of 91.44m can be used in the construction site (men's adult group, slow-moving project).

7. Wild pass line:

The wild pass line is parallel to the boundary on both sides of the site, and the vertical distance from the boundary is 9.14m.

8. After block line:

The rear block line is an arc line with a center point at the base corner of the home, with a radius of 9.14 m. Both ends of the arc are connected to the ends of the field pass line.
