Carton nail box quality standards

a) No rust, peeling or cracking is allowed on the box nails.

b) The inside of the box nails is firmly fastened in place, without stacking nails or nails.

c) The box nails are arranged neatly and evenly, the distance between the two nails is < 80mm , and the nail pitch of the single row is < 60mm . The error does not exceed 10mm .

d) Nail row deviation < 5mm , nail box on the line, no super edge phenomenon, edge indentation ≤ 3mm .

e) The distance between the two nails is 4 to 8mm , and the head and tail nails are 6 to 20mm away from the bottom and the surface indentation edge.
