This product is suitable for letterpress printing machines equipped with UV drying system, and carries out monochrome or multi-color printing of various trademarks, label packaging and decoration paper products. It is a new generation of UV-curable ink.

● How to use

1, this product does not need to add other auxiliary materials, can be used directly;

2. When the ink viscosity is slightly larger, it can be diluted by adding UV-001A-1 varnish, and the added amount is generally less than 5%.

● Precautions

1, this product can be deployed with each other, but can not be mixed with other types of ink, so as not to destroy the ink structure and performance;

2. Due to the internal reasons of the structure, the temperature has a great influence on the ink property, and it should be stored in low temperature and dark place before use. The ink should be placed in the room before use. After the ink is returned to room temperature, the temperature should be 25°C. ;

3. During the storage and transportation process, avoid sunlight and keep away from heat sources;

4, After printing, it must be cured by UV irradiation, UV lamp power ≥ 80W/cm;

5. After using this product, the printing roller needs to be cleaned with UV-002 cleaning agent.

6. This product is a special ultraviolet curing ink for letterpress printers. Do not use it as an ultraviolet curing offset ink.

● Shelf life 6 months (stored below 20°C)
