Introduction
1. System composition The battery pack online maintenance system consists of a host, a single battery maintenance module, a battery pack total voltage transmitter, and a charge and discharge current transmitter, as shown in Figure 1. Among them, the single cell maintenance module completes the detection of the single cell voltage and temperature (optional) signals, transmits them to the host through the bus, and performs online charge and discharge maintenance on the single cells according to the commands issued by the host. There is no need to introduce many single battery voltage signal lines into the host during the construction of the project, thereby greatly reducing the hidden dangers of the system. The battery pack total voltage transmitter and the charge and discharge current transmitter are all designed to isolate, so as to ensure that all the weak current signals entering the host are safe, and further improve the safety and reliability of the entire battery system. Users can choose the type and number of modules according to their needs, and combine a variety of battery pack monitoring and maintenance systems.

2. Product features

Automatically perform online charge / discharge maintenance on single cells whose voltage exceeds the set range, eliminate the influence of battery self-discharge, and ensure the long-term stability of the battery pack capacity;
Automatically record the start time of online charge / discharge maintenance and the charge / discharge capacity during the period;
Scalable online monitoring function of battery pack capacity;
240 × 64 liquid crystal display, which can display the voltage and temperature distribution curve of the monomer in real time;
Modular structure design, reduce hidden safety hazards, increase construction speed and save engineering costs;
Each host can maintain up to 128 single cells of the same group at the same time;
Provide RS232 or RS485 communication interface;
Alarms for all monitoring signals exceeding the limit, users can set alarm thresholds for various parameters by themselves;
Alarm information can be output through the communication interface, and important alarms can be output through dry contacts;
