For the development of the "13th Five-Year Plan" of home textiles, Yang Zhaohua said: "The blueprint has been drawn, and it is a dream. In the new normal, home textile enterprises should constantly innovate and change, strive for the upstream, and accelerate the injection of new kinetic energy for the industry."

Established a home textile powerhouse in 2025

Yang Zhaohua said that during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, China's textile industry will firmly establish the development concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, and implement the "three-product strategy" with increasing varieties, quality and brand creation to meet consumer demand. Guided by, accelerate the structural reform of the supply side. Vigorously promote the concept and methods of healthy consumption and expand market demand. Drive by innovation, transform and develop, improve the quality and efficiency of development, and strive to basically build a strong home textile industry by 2025.

For the main development goals of the industry during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, the “Outline” made clear requirements and set four main goals, namely, industry growth targets, structural adjustment targets, technological innovation goals, and quality brand goals. In the industry growth target, during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, the sales revenue of enterprises above designated size increased by 30%, with an average annual growth rate of 5.5%, and the average profit increased compared with the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period. In 2020, home textile fiber consumption reached 16.2 million tons, an average annual increase of 1.68%. The export volume of home textile products reached US$47 billion, with an average annual growth rate of 3.2%.

In the structural adjustment target, it realizes the coordinated development of the international and domestic layout of the industry, and greatly increases the proportion of featured products, high-quality products, functional products and intelligent products, so that the large-scale home business, personalized customized production and service development.

In the goal of scientific and technological innovation, the labor productivity of all employees has increased by 10% during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Extensive use of Internet technology has greatly increased the level of informatization, and has increased the number of applications such as automated equipment and intelligent storage systems.

In the quality brand goal, we will build five pilot units for home textile brand construction, and focus on cultivating two home textile regional brand construction demonstration zones to make breakthroughs in world-class brand building and form a group of multinational companies with strong international operational capabilities.

Five missions to reposition the industry

Yang Zhaohua pointed out that in order to successfully complete the above development goals, the industry association will promote the implementation of the "Outline" from five "new" aspects. That is to build a new home textile, innovation to drive transformation and development; advocate new life, improve supply and service; build a new pattern, optimize the coordinated development of configuration; build a brand to promote upgrading based on new heights; develop a new economy, and save resources and green development.

Among them, “building a new home textile” includes three aspects. First, the industrial innovation transformation and development, that is, accelerate the transformation of the industry from low cost to innovation, production to service, and improve production efficiency. The second is "Internet +" to enhance the industry, that is, widely use Internet thinking and technology, to play its role in the optimization and integration of production factor allocation, to achieve interconnection from procurement, production, sales and logistics, and promote cloud computing, The integration of innovation in the Internet of Things and Big Data in the home textile industry has formed a new industrial form and business model in the home textile industry. The third is to strengthen the technological progress of the industry, focusing on the application of new raw materials and new materials, research and development of smart products, and the application of energy-saving and emission-reducing technologies, and advocate energy conservation and emission reduction to achieve a green life.

He said that in the future, the use of "Internet +" in the home textile industry will be reflected in the three levels of enterprises, clusters and industries. Among them, the home textile enterprises on the basis of information technology, the key breakthroughs in five aspects, one is to establish one or two automation demonstration enterprises in the towel enterprises; the second is to build 3 to 5 industrial production and 4S service enterprises in the curtain enterprises; It is the use of automated production lines in bedding enterprises to improve the level of enterprise automation; fourth, the automatic warehousing doubles on the basis of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”; the fifth is to vigorously promote the construction of smart home systems.

In the cluster "Internet +" application, build 1 or 2 "cloud" service demonstration industry clusters. Through the integration of technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and Internet of Things, the “cluster industry cloud” will be established. Provide enterprises with the public cloud service platform required by enterprises such as production technology, market information, R&D design, inspection and testing, and talent training.

In the industry "Internet +" application, the first is to build an open research and development platform to integrate and share R&D design resources. The second is Unicom's “production-logistics-sales” link to promote the construction of B2B and O2O models in the industry. The third is to achieve cross-border cooperation with furniture, construction materials and architectural designers.

Yang Zhaohua said that he hopes that through the construction of these three aspects, "Internet +" will truly land in the home textile industry. In the "advocate new life", the industry will exert efforts to accelerate supply reform and promote channel innovation. Yang Zhaohua said: "In the reform of the supply-side structure, we will focus on consumers and solve the problem of 'supply and demand mismatching', guide consumption and expand the market. Use new fields (indoor-outdoor, home-public), new products (functions) Home textiles, smart home textiles, new consumption concepts (healthy consumption, scientific consumption), to achieve new supply and create new demand."

In the “building a new pattern”, the industry will achieve optimal configuration and coordinated development from two aspects. First, we will continue to optimize and improve the domestic industrial layout, implement transformation and upgrading in the east, and open up markets in the west. The second is to implement a coordinated internationalization strategy, promote cooperation among enterprises, expand trade, use trade rules, and actively “go global” to open up new markets of “One Belt, One Road”.

In addition, “based on new heights” includes all-round promotion of brand strategy, R&D and innovation to enhance soft power, strengthening the construction of standards system, improving quality assurance capabilities, and optimizing brand ecological environment. “Developing a new economy” includes promoting the application of advanced environmental technologies, accelerating the recycling process, and building a green industry system.
